The College of Continuing and Professional Education (CCPE) in partnership with The Center for Language Minority Education and Research (CLMER) and CSULB academic departments, offers a continuous schedule of specialized courses leading toward the CTEL Certificate through supplementary coursework. The CTEL Certificate authorizes English-speaking teachers to instruct students who are limited in their English language proficiency in "English Language Development" and core content, through a "sheltered" mode in English.
Please refer to the following courses and contact the program coordinator for information on specific dates, times and locations of scheduled sections. Courses are offered off-campus in local districts.
