Program Development Process

Our comprehensive five-step process was designed to insure that your business training needs are met:
  1. Consultation
    A good relationship begins with understanding your needs. In your initial complimentary consultation, we’ll explore the full range of training possibilities and suggest the kinds of programs that will benefit you most. In addition, we will provide information on the possibility of offsetting training costs through our partnerships with various state agencies that provide funding to employers for workforce development training.

  2. Assessment
    To know precisely where you’re starting, we meet with you to determine current capabilities and training needs. This assessment process allows us to create realistic goals by linking competencies with outcomes.

  3. Program Development
    In this custom-design phase of the process, the essential content of the training program is developed to be directly aligned with your company’s needs, goals and objectives. Together we create the format—the length of the course and the hours. We create a program that is professional and practical, and leads into hands-on application of the content.

  4. Instruction
    We are in the training business with highly qualified instructors selected from our vast pool of industry experts and faculty of over 2,000. Our expertly taught courses of study have an immediate application in the workplace, which is directly linked to increased productivity and revenue.

  5. Evaluation
    At the conclusion of your training program, we will provide a follow-up analysis that includes student feedback and recommendations for further training, if appropriate. The evaluation process helps you gauge the return on investment of your training dollars and helps us maintain our standard of excellence.
