Master of Business Administration - FEMBA
Degree Program

The Fully Employed MBA for Working Adults (FEMBA)

Convenience and scheduling considerations were used to design this FEMBA degree program. We've taken a quality curriculum and made it more accessible, with a weekend schedule and packaged services providing more convenience for busy, fully-employed adult professionals.

Program Description:

The mission of the CSULB FEMBA Program is to give managers, professionals, and entrepreneurs a strong grounding in critical business skills. You will learn key functional concepts and acquire analytical thinking skills through a rigorous curriculum based in course work, cases, and projects. The program prepares you for responsible leadership positions and provides the practical background essential for advancement in professional management careers.

Program participants proceed through a sequence of pre-selected courses as a learning team. Most courses meet once a week for 10 weeks on Saturdays. A few courses meet only for three or four weeks.
